Website and hosting
This WordPress website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Edmund-von-Lippmann-Straße 13–15, 06112 Halle (Saale), Germany. Google Analytics 4 is used only after statistics consent, as described below. It uses no embedded third-party content or externally loaded fonts. Images, CSS, JavaScript and public profile JSON files are loaded from this website’s host. Read-only profile functions process already public profile information only; they send no applications or messages.
Technical connection data
Server logs may contain the IP address, access time, requested file or URL, referrer, browser, operating system, provider, HTTP status and transferred data volume. Processing supports secure delivery, troubleshooting and attack prevention. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with a legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation. Data are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for these purposes, investigating a security incident or legal obligations. A specific log retention period for the booked contract is not documented.
Cookies and browser storage
A necessary consent cookie stores your statistics choice for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw it at any time using “Statistics preferences”. Analytics cookies are set only after statistics consent.
Google Analytics 4
With your statistics consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and website use. The European provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data includes page paths, visit times and duration, device/browser information, referring domains and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. Your IP address is technically transmitted to Google; Google describes deriving approximate location information and then deleting IP addresses for EU traffic.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG for storing/accessing information on your device. We use basic Google Consent Mode v2 and load Analytics only after statistics consent. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. We do not send account identifiers, URL queries or fragments, or additional form/search/click events. The measurement ID is G-B0JK3JBEZ1. Analytics cookies may last up to 180 days. Event data is retained for up to 2 months and user data for up to 14 months, renewed by further user activity. Aggregated reports may remain available longer.
You can decline or withdraw consent at any time using “Statistics preferences”. Withdrawal stops further collection and does not automatically delete previously lawfully processed data. Google may process data outside the EEA under its privacy and data-processing terms and the safeguards described there. See Google privacy and Analytics EU data processing.
Recipients and hosting contract details
Alfahosting GmbH provides website and email hosting and receives the technical connection data required for these services. Google Analytics 4 processes data only after statistics consent, as described above. The status of the data processing agreement and any further contractual recipients or subprocessors have not yet been documented against the booked contract.
Transfers outside the EU / EEA
With statistics consent, Google Analytics may process data outside the EU / EEA as described above. Any additional transfers and subprocessors under the hosting or email contract have not been verified by the technical website audit. This does not establish a general assurance that the contract entails no third-country transfers.
Email contact
An email link opens your own email application; the website itself sends no message. When you make contact, sender details and message content are used to handle and answer your enquiry. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries. Data are kept only as long as needed for the purpose or required by legal retention obligations. The email mailbox is hosted by Alfahosting.
Your rights
Within the applicable legal limits, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Article 21 GDPR provides a right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
