AI transparency in my application process
Automation should work both ways. Companies use digital systems, applicant tracking systems, matching and increasingly AI to process applications efficiently. I use digital tools to find and contact suitable employers efficiently. Decisions and responsibility remain with people.
Opportunity discovery
I use an AI-powered job agent that I developed myself. It searches various public sources for suitable roles, assesses vacancies against my verified candidate profile, checks application channels and supports prioritisation. It makes no hiring decisions and cannot approve an application on its own.
Application creation
AI may analyse vacancies, match requirements to verified experience, draft application texts and select and structure existing facts. It must not invent experience, qualifications or project outcomes. Sending an application without my personal approval is excluded.
Human in the loop
I personally review and approve every application before it is sent. There is no autonomous sending.
Direct applications
Vacancies are spread across different career and application portals and are not equally easy to discover. My job agent helps me find suitable work regardless of where it is published. Where a legitimate public recruiting, HR, careers or unsolicited-application email address is available, I prefer a direct email application as a transparent first contact. This does not bypass or manipulate an employer’s process. If an employer explicitly requires applications exclusively through a portal, the opportunity is marked PORTAL_ONLY for my individual review.
